As a former transactional lawyer working at two national law firms, as well as internationally as an in-house counsel, Carlo has the necessary transactional experience and relationship management skills to ensure smooth successful transactions for lawyers and their clients.

Based in Western Canada, Carlo will serve leading commercial lawyers in British Columbia and across the prairies, while managing our existing portfolio of financial institutions and leading companies across virtually every sector.
